Shane Winks, Managing Director for Bayside Building Approvals, is a down to earth family man, local to Brisbane and the Bayside and has been in the building industry for over thirty years, working from carpenter to builder and beyond.  In this time Shane has engaged in a number of different projects including new dwellings, converted workers cottages into Queenslanders, additions and alterations to existing houses and maintenance projects, energy efficiency and building certification.  Through further training, Shane has allowed himself to get off the tools and share his experience back into the workplace.

Bayside Building Approvals understands what is required to build and finalise a project to current compliance regulations. Shane will work closely with you and your team to fully understand your requirements so that expert advice on related certification needs can be provided, minimising costs and time frames in the certification process.
